Eczacıbaşı GYO’s Ormanada project is based in Zekeriyakoy, Istanbul. The project has 188 villas and develop around the concept of “gated community”.
From the very first meetings with the Ezacıbaşı GYO, we clearly understood that the residential project was built to convey a message of tranquillity, neighbourhood, comfort, security, sustainability and nature.
At the very beginning of the project all we had was a logo. We take the logo as the starting point and planned to build the entire content from this one solid starting block.
Our aim was to produce a more sincere and human experience than other real estate projects so we avoided to use realistic renders. We also thought it would be more appropriate to use the technology on offer at the sales office to help face-to-face sales negotiations with the customers.
The sales office is surrounded with the natural environment yet equipped with the latest technology and innovation. Thanks to the architects who designed it, we had the opportunity to integrate this technology in a way that added value to the sales.
The kiosks we designed enabled customers to see the visuals of all the villas, examine floor plans and review the layout as they made their choice. In addition, we created a mood film prepared specifically to be projected onto a big concave wall at the sales office.
