Dreambox has partnered with CCTV 13 to create the channel’s new visual identity. As the news channel of China Central Television, it’s accessible to more than one billion viewers. With this in mind the new design focused on “network” and “power”.
We positioned the new headquarter of CCTV by Rem Koolhaas and Ole Scheeren as the core and motif of the new channel branding.
We underlined that CCTV 13 gathers the news from all over the world with its global network and brings it to China, to its new headquarters, emphasizing its power and placed it on Earth in the center of the network.
We created the whole news package including the News Openers, In-Show Graphics and Studio Backgrounds.
