TV Commercial & Image Film (2012)

About Project

Competition on real estate projects in Turkey has increased significantly over the past few years.
Because of this, investors are constantly looking to add value to their projects in terms of architecture and scope. Turning this value into sales using different marketing techniques is a crucial part of their business.
It was Melda Bayraktar, Sales and Marketing Consultant at Servotel Consultancy Company, who first told us about their latest project. An introduction to the Project Architect, Brigitte Weber and Project Owner, Fatih Erdogan quickly followed and motivated us all. We were immediately impressed by their precise approach and, in particular, Mr Erdogans’s vision.
The brief made it clear that this was not an ordinary project but one with a target and vision to create a brand. Based on this vision, we designed correlated experiences at points where the Ankara Next Level project met the consumer. Besides TV and cinema commercials, we also provided consultancy for the technology used at the sales office, touch kiosks, specially designed lighting connected to these kiosks, with related electronic work, software, designs, websites, mobile applications, LCD walls and 3D films.
As well as the design and production of press launch films.

About Film

During the initial period when the construction was still a dream, we wanted to give viewers Next Level’s vision for the project. The animation we designed encouraged them to put the pieces together.
We were confident sales would soon follow even as we produced this film. The premium approach would serve the Next Level brand well, and form a welcome invitation to their new project.
This film has already been broadcast in cinemas and on TV, and will continue to be shown on the internet and at the sales office during the course of the project.
As the first film we’ve produced for the real estate sector, featuring 3D animation from start to finish, Next Level has given us significant know-how for all future projects in this area.
